We provide this information over the phone, via e-mail, in relocation packets, at community and Chamber-hosted events, and through the Chamber’s Web site (available 24-hours a day). Chamber After Hours
Hosting this networking opportunity is available to Chamber-member businesses (with a full membership). Member businesses may call the Chamber office to schedule a Chamber After Hours event. The Chamber will take care of advertising and sending out notices for your event.
Member businesses: bring your business card and $2 for the drawings that take place at the Chamber After Hours events! Your business card is your entry for the "Dollar Draw" and the "Ad-mania" drawings. A business card will be drawn with the winner and the host of the After Hours splitting the "Dollar Draw" kitty. Then, two business cards will be drawn with the winners receiving one free month of advertising on the Chamber's Web site and the Chamber's monthly newsletter.
A summary of the After Hours will be published on the Chamber Page, in the Chamber's newsletter, and on the Chamber's Web site. We look forward to seeing you at future Chamber After Hours events!
Member Web Page
Chamber member businesses are eligible to have a low-cost Web page accessible from multiple locations on the Chamber's Web site (Home, Member Directory, and Member Web Page links).
The Member Web Page highlights the member business, identifies all contact information, outlines products and services offered; describes specials, forms of payment accepted, and business hours; provides links to the business's e-mail and any official business Web site; and lists Chamber activity involvement and sponsorships.
Member Web Page fees: set-up/design $40 (first year) then an annual maintenance fee of $10 (second and subsequent years).

Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies
Have you recently opened your business? Are you having a Grand Opening or Grand Re-Opening? Or are you a new Chamber Member? Then call the Chamber and get the word out about your business through this event.
The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and presentation of your "First Dollar of Profit" from the Chamber will be photographed then published with an informational article on the monthly Chamber Page, in the Chamber's official newsletter, and on the Chamber's official Web site. Fee required for Associate and Sponsored member businesses.
Chamber Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available year-round in any denomination up to $100 each and are available to the public. Gift certificates are valid at ANY Coffey County merchant and keep shopping dollars in Coffey County. Gift certificates can be purchased at the Chamber office during business hours. Member businesses with accounts in good standing may be invoiced for orders. Gift certificates are great for employees, co-workers, family and friends; birthdays, anniversaries, awards, and perks.
Please e-mail the Chamber office for orders of 10 or more gift certificates (to allow preparation of the certificates in the desired amounts).
Advertising
Chamber member businesses may advertise on the Chamber's Web site and in the newsletter. Member business rates are:

Investment Schedule
Membership investment is based on full-time equivalent (FTE) employees for Full memberships. Home-based businesses and Associate Memberships are on a flat-fee schedule.
Your membership investment is partially deductible as a "necessary business expense." Please consult your tax advisor for details.
