The market is open 4-7 p.m. Fridays in the Municipal Parking Lot north of the red caboose on 4th Street (U.S. Hwy 75) in Burlington. New vendors are always welcome. New Strawn Fishing Derby 2008, 24 hr. - 3 p.m. Friday, June 13 to 3 p.m., Saturday June 14
Tagged Fish, $300, $200, $100, $50, $25, $10, Guaranteed $500 Cash & Prizes. Channel Catfish & Blue Gill (tagged). Worms & Dead or Cut Bait only.
No boats allowed. No lake license required for contest. State License Required. All Lake/State Regulations Apply.
$10 Entry Fee (10 yrs. & Under - $5) - Pay at the Shelterhouse. Pre-register: New Strawn Casey's or New Strawn City Hall
6 p.m. Firday Night - Hamburger Feed
FREE Kids Fishing Derby, 9 a.m.-10a.m. Saturday. 3 age groups, prizes only, no tagged fish
