Day at the Rec Settle in with a 25 cent bag of popcorn and enjoy a G or PG rated movie in the conference room at the Rec. All ages are invited to join the fun as long as they are willing to watch the movie quietly. Babysitting Clinic Babysitting is often the first job for young people. It is a job that can be fun, but must be taken seriously and responsibly. The Coffey county Health Dept. will provide this course for boys and girls ages 9 and up. Participants will learn how to deal with discipline, care and feeding, interaction, emergencies, and safety. Contact the Rec at 620-364-8484 for more information or to sign up. Garage Sale 'Gym' Boree - Friday, March 26, 6:00-8p.m. - Saturday, March 27, 8:00-11a.m. Be a part of the "madness" at the springtime 'gym' Boree! Gym spaces can be reserved for $5 for each 8' x 12' spot. Participants can bring in their treasures (furniture, clothing, etc.) during the day or after work on Friday. The doors will open for the sale at 6:00p.m. (No early sales!) The Rec will provide one table for each booth spot and each seller is responsible for selling their own goods.
